There were 153 ballots cast.

4 ballots were discarded for not having an NSCA#.
3 ballots were discarded because the person did not a Shooter# from the State Shoot.
4 ballots were discarded because the person was not a PA resident.

2017 State Shoot

Castlewood - 21 votes

Question #1 - Allow any one (1) person to hold both a PSCA and NSCA position on the PSCA Board simultaneously (e.g. NSCA Delegate & PSCA Officer or Club Representative).

Yes - 105 votes
No - 28 vote

Question #2 - Allow voting on any PSCA business to be conducted via electronic balloting in addition to paper ballots. To be eligible to vote a shooter MUST have a minimum of 300 registered targets in Pennsylvania during the prior calendar year (Jan. 1^st - Dec. 31^st).

Yes - 121 votes
No - 11 vote

Question #3 - Increase the PSCA registered target fee from $0.02 to $0.03 per target. The extra $0.01 to be earmarked for purse monies at the State Shoot (e.g. HOA, Runner-Up, & Back-To-Class).

Question #4 - Increase the quorum necessary to transact any PSCA business from two (2) PSCA Officers to two (2) PSCA Officers, one (1) PSCA Director-At-Large, and one (1) NSCA Delegate or representative of a PSCA member club.

Question #5 - Increase the deadline for submission of State Shoot applications from one (1) month to 45 days and allow awarding of the State Shoot will be based on criteria detailed in the State Shoot application.

Question #6 - Consolidate the two (2) PA Zone Shoots into one (1) PSCA sanctioned shoot. The new shoot to be held as needed and mainly as a precursor for clubs that have NEVER hosted a State Shoot but may be seeking to host a future State Shoot.

The registration is now OPEN for this year's State Shoot.

This year's State Shoot will be held July 17^th - 19^th at Stonycreek.

Stonycreek is excited to announce that there will be $11,000 of added money for a Main Event Purse at this year's PA State Sporting Clays Championship.

Murry Gerber of Elite Shotguns has generously donated $10,000 toward this year's event and Stonycreek will adding an additional $1,000.

The Maint Event cash purse payout will be as follows:

$350 - Runner-Up

$300 - 1^st in Class
$250 - 2^nd in Class
